Add more situation-specific quotes when examining players

Add unique quotes when examining players with low hp/sanity/hunger, possibly even putting them a line below like how repairable, shadow level and warly food memory quotes work. Atm there are already unique quotes for examining characters that revived someone recently, are a ghost, burnt something, attacked a player or killed a player, so more of those could be added for indicating who needs food/sanity food/healing without having to constantly ask people about that. Could also add an option to manually disable those when others examine you so people don't e.g. feed you when you're waiting to get the most out of a meaty stew which will soon go stale or feed you sanity food while farming nightmare fuel.

I really like the quotes the characters have for one another, and I'd be happy to see more. I don't think it's an important gameplay thing, I just like seeing how they interact with each other.

the primary reason is being able to know how much hp people have or stats of people that aren't afk, since afk people have the insane and hungry animations at least, it'd take less than 30 mins to add the code, the only time-consuming thing would be writing the quotes

to prove that, made a small mod that adds those quotes, atm it's just for hunger stat and only has a quote for maxwell examining hungry wortox, but adding the rest of stats and characters would go by a template pretty much, took less than 5 mins to write the code, around 10-15 if you include looking at how the quotes for specific situations are done

that takes more time than clicking on them and would be annoying to do anytime you have something spare to restore others' stats with
