Allow "Things" to be added to the Scrapbook if your within a 1-2 tile radius of it

I like the things tab, but I don't like having to examine every single thing I come across, especially when I'm 200+ days into a world and some of those things are gone, like the entombed parts of the lunar alters. While I'm not suggesting any kind of solution for the latter, adding a semi auto detection like how items are auto added to the scrapbook when enetering your inventory or like how animals are auto added when you kill them would be a nice QoL adjustment. (Also on the note of creatures, please either remove the Shadow Tentacle entry or add it when it goes away/ancient guardian is killed as it is really bothering me how it's forever uncheckable)

Just having them added automatically when you interact with or build them would be nice especially since some already have click on functionality that blocks the examine option unless you are carrying something heavy. Unless I am wrong, there isn't currently a way to examine wormholes.

Examining stuff sucks, you have to be right next to it to get the “inspect” prompt, and there’s just some things in this game you don’t ever want to be that close beside to inspect.. lol there’s several mobs & world hazards that I’ve yet to fully fill into my scrapbook, Because having to examine it is a pain in the rear.

The concept of a Scrapbook though, is pretty neat!
