W.A.R.B.I.S Head Gear should adapt damage boost to weapon type

W.A.R.B.I.S helmet should check wether its user is holding a planar or non planar weapon and change the damage boost type accordly.
Also it would be nice if the increases in damage would be made flat values instead of percentage, otherwise its is super good on higher damage character while questionable on lower damage characters.
