INK_Console
Moving the screen away is a very convenient thing that is not present in the DST console edition. this can be implemented like this: Setting up the console "display area". if you use it, the screen will be covered with a regular black frame, it would be nice if instead of this frame we could simply see further (something similar happened in the DS, and yes, with this method you will have to tinker with the menu) or add interaction with the touchpad in the Joyce, and yes, it is already associated with opening the map, but you could add another action when “pressed”, moving your fingers away from each other, similar to how we zoom in and out on pictures on a phone PS: this function may affect optimization aspects, which is already not the best on the console edition, but I hope that Klei was able to do everything Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/151253-moving-screen-on-console-edition/ Share on other sites
Brago-sama
Yeah I too wish we could zoom out like pc. They should utilize the touch pad the ps4/5 controllers use more, or take a lesson from terraria console edition. Its amazing how many comands they packed into the controller Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/151253-moving-screen-on-console-edition/#findComment-1667903 Share on other sites
lobomau71
Couldn't agree more. It doesn't make sense not being able to control zoom in/out. Same for force attack. Suggestion: maybe let the user to customize the key assignment and allow for dual key combo. Let's say for example R2 + right analog does zoom in/out. Maybe square + Le does force attack. Etc. Pleas keep making this awesome game even better. I've been playing for 10 years, and I expect to play at least another 10, ideally another 20 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/151253-moving-screen-on-console-edition/#findComment-1668593 Share on other sites
