Sasza22 Posted September 12, 2023 Share Posted September 12, 2023 So we all(or at least most of us) hate how much management it takes to ensure just the dupes that need it take the pills. It needs to be changed everytime a dupe gets to access a new area where he would be exposed to radiation or germs. Then i got this idea: Lets make a building that will dispense pills everytime a dupe passes by so they only eat one when entering a certain area. Like a suit checkpoint or a wash basin. Just make sure it`s stocked with pills and dupes will only use them when you need them to. Also they wouldn`t eat a second one if the first is still working. Less resources for a single use item for one. crafting x5-10 at once. More seed and plant uses. Add disease stages I,II,III. Higher difficulty allows later stages. Add more negative trait based effects. (Example:zombie spores causes dupes to idle like zombies randomly and at higher stages shrieking aura causing panick.) Broken bones. Burns. Frostbite. Blindness. Deafening. Bites. Vertigo. Poisoned(plant?) Effects that only heal when treated. Breathing machine that uses bottled oxygen for hospital room. Future medicine that can alter traits?
