You have a bunch of tickets since Tuesday. Several of those resolved as per your follow-up email. 

You have 2 different tickets that both ask for assistance, then you follow up to both saying they are solved. 

So it's a little hard to track what is going on - But I can see that you're in the queue and support will assist you as soon as you're ticket comes up in the queue. 

Please note, if you need to respond, please respond to the same email you originally sent as clogging up the queue is going to make it take much longer to sort through all of your tickets and figure out what needs to be resolved.
