We got Wolfgang to show us how they'll treat already strong characters, Woodie for "underdeveloped" characters, and Wormwood for... I don't actually know about Wormwood. So I believe the next 3 characters will be ones in need of additional perks/tuning. Willow, Winona, and Walter.
