Can anyone advise?

 

If I give a person a set of skins, and he takes it to pieces, can this one be given again?

 

It is written that a friend already has this set, I cannot give it as a gift.

 

I thought if you take apart one skin from a set, it will cease to be a set in fact. In the store, the checkmark with him was removed.

if you gift it from the game itself (if you can still do that) - you can gift it as many times as you want. But Steam skinpacks are counted as DLC's, so they can't be gifted again unless your friend refunded it, which can only be done if none of the skins was unraveled.

Забудь, я почему-то подумал, что раньше из самой игры можно было кнопкой дарить друзьям скинпаки именно как скинпаки, а не как ДЛС. Потом пошарился в интернете и понял, что такой возможности никогда не было.

Но ДЛС ты можешь подарить только один раз, да.
