If you are suggesting it, then it'd be an actual good idea tbh, I feel the vines a bit underwhelming and not too flashy. Seems kinda inconsistent 'cause Wolfgang gets his planar damage bonus while using the staff. Only melee brightshade gear(including the tools) can spawn the vines.
