3 things about the new Woodie

I've been running quite a bunch of tests and I'm liking the new Woodie, but there are 3 perks that I believe need fine tuning:

  1. The fast picking perk tree, even at tier 3, doesn't make that much of a difference. In general you are better using those 3 points somewhere else, which is a shame. I think it should grant a faster bonus, and at tier 3 it should be instant (or quite near instant)
  2. The new wood helmet's idea is great, and I understand that it's point is to be "slightly better than nothing, but dirt cheap". Still, I'd add a bit more HP to them, they are way too frail to be of any use past the starting 2-3 days, which in my opinion puts them in the "never invest points into them" category.
  3. The speed increase for the goose doesn't seem enough, specially for the mid-late game. I'd probably add another tier of speed further increasing it a bit more, paired with the waterproof perk, or even higher in the tree with the dodging skill.

Well, the chances are probably lower than 10% but it does that already.
In the caves its far stronger, as most teleports will either put you into muddy or the ruins themselves.I think ultimate goose is a pretty neat thing to have early game, my issue is with the goose's speed.

After the initial discovery of the surface and cave map, the goose itself will be again outclassed by -every other transport- and it would be interesting to have a point A to point B alternative reliable transport you can keep for the late game with "some" beefalo independence.
