Frosty_Mentos Posted July 9, 2023 Share Posted July 9, 2023 While it's nice to have your characters maxed out, isn't it better to just instead gain insight for both the survival and boss killings or general exploration instead? It would give more meaning to the world you invest into while you could allow giving 3 starting skillpoints on any world to have some small advantage at making something you find useful for your early game. Seems overpowered to just have them for free since a client mod or just time skips will do too. Personally as a player with 8k hours now I don't see a point in waiting to upgrading my characters and I just will do timeskips to deal with that cause I've seen it all now till new content arrives. I like playing the game yet the skilltree way of leveling isn't most particularly exciting mechanic. What I mean is I love the perks but way of gaining them is rather bland. But I won't blame you if you want to just streamline all 17 characters to just have their mini additions added to supplement for later possible content and do no more fuss about it nor the way they'll maintain those insight points. 3 within character perk spotlight now, 13 to go...
