A common problem I (and I presume many other base builders to have) is having problematic meteor-field spawns. I will be proposing a way to remedy that, at a cost.

A structure that would stop a meteor field from functioning until it is destroyed, so you have the option to bring them back to obtain their resources, if needed. Something like a "Meteor Disrupter", that would hinge on the idea of breaking up the meteors before they become a problem, so to speak.

Obviously I can't see someone like Wolfgang being smart enough to just create this out of thin-air, so it could be potentially restricted to either Winona, with her being a base-building character, or a blueprint from Wagstaff after celestial champion, as a sort of trade-off with the rifts, a sort of "Congrats! You can now build in these areas that were previously questionable!", locking it behind Wagstaff is useful as well to avoid any potential issues with getting the Celestial Orb.
