HowlVoid
To no one's surprise I pretty much play one character, so unlocking all of wormwoods skills is an easy task. That can't be said about people who like enjoying more than one character or maybe even all of them (let's promote playing more than one character!). So my solution is simple and does not require an overhaul of the systems in place. After reaching max insight with a character, shorten the required amount of insight for the next character to reach max. It can be something like Wormwood has reached maxed insight, he shares his understanding with the group. This is an incentive to learn more characters which fosters growth and understanding within the community as whole. Understanding what someone else's character can and can't do, help people branches out, and dispell some misconceptions of certain characters (some people still think wormwood is the weakest character!). (Up to a cap amount). Tl;Dr: a "ramp up" gain of insight as more characters reach their max amount up to a limit.

Ardyn
Perhaps only a very few people will avoid c_ Skip. Perhaps unlocking characters through experience is better than skill trees.

PC is like 2/3 of the community if not less.
