KoipaoDST Posted May 22, 2023 Share Posted May 22, 2023 Decided to celebrate Don’t Starve anniversary by shoping at Klei Merch shop. This was on May 5th. To this day order did not move an inch. How long did it take to you guys who used shop before? From purchase to delivery? Is it normal to take this long or is it just me so unlucky? Should I just cancel order and just buy from resellers? Evelo Posted May 22, 2023 Share Posted May 22, 2023 Depends on what you purchased. I have multiple winter hats, glommer, crabbit, and v1 spider. All of them took about a month to arrive. I think the glommer and crabbit took 2 months since I got them together as a birthday gift from my friend. Shoot them an email over at their support page and (if there's a problem) you'll likely see it fixed within a few days. I've had all sorts of issues with the Klei shop before, and it's incredible how willing they are to help with problems. I just noticed how short of a time this has been though and yeah I think it's a matter of patience. They are probably processing hundreds of orders, and it's better they take it slow and careful than let mistakes happen. And, as someone from Europe who waits over a month/few months every time I purchase something, trust me, it's gonna be worth the wait. Mike23Ua Posted May 23, 2023 Share Posted May 23, 2023 As others have stated it can take 1-3 months for your shop wares (inserts ShopCat emote here) to arrive, just wait it out & make sure you continue to keep track of it every two weeks or so. Just from their shipping description it looked like that they will at least ship it quicker. This is huge order and first time buying DS merch so you know it is hard to wait with all excitement. For those who have their merch already how is plush quality? Are you happy with design? The crabbit is a little janky so you have to fix the eyes but once they are in place and properly standing it looks great, it comes package folded up somewhat which is why it is weird. I have the V1.0 Spider and the audio box broke pretty quickly (plus I didnt get the in game net skin) so hopefully this was fixed in the V2.0 spider. I love the Winter Hats, however I live in Arizona so I never get to use them. I hope to move to Canada some day (get me out of the US please) and would love to use them when I had a reason to! They might not be the best for hugging with all the metal inside but they're perfect for posing and look really good. I have used the shop many times, I have Chester, Glommer, both Spiders, Deerclops, Mandrake, Crabbit, Beefalo plushy, bought the mystery boxes individually 4-5 times, got two three packs of mystery boxes, and have Shadow Wilson, Zombie Wes, and Survival Wilson. Oh also Winter Hat. Always worked well for me, however I bought the anniversary items the day they came out in a large order, and over a month after that it said it arrived- yet I never received it. I do not know if this was klei's fault or a porch pirate but that is my current experience.
