DST Default Plus Chests not working & other issues

Hi there!

My friends and I are trying to start up a DST server and we are running into some issues that we have no idea how to fix and googlin' up the problem pulls up issues from like 2015 -_-

so tl;dr

1) default plus chests just aren't showing up
2) we cannot set the healthpenalty: none is not doing anything

can someone help us?

I recommend you to generate your server in game first and then turn it into your dedi server to not make these mistakes again. because the end result is the same, but for dedi you have to manually do what game does automatically
