Paxtonnnn Posted April 9, 2023 Share Posted April 9, 2023 I really like Enlightenment thematically, and all of the Lunar designs are fantastic, but I feel like it's just not engaging enough to be interesting mechanically when you have high Enlightenment on the island, since as of now the only 'threat' is being mildly inconvenienced/annoyed by Gestalts. I feel it would be better if there was some kind of enemy that spawned, maybe the Grazer from the current beta, that spawns at high Enlightenment and greatly reduces your Enlightenment after killing it. Any other thoughts on the subject? I understand it could be tough to balance so that it doesn't make carrying the altar pieces even more painful than it is now, though.
