shipwecked Wilbur Buffs?

Wilbur in Don't starve has always felt kind of underwhelming to play. His perks are not that interesting and what he gives isn't much. His running perk isn't really useable in SW since the DLC is primarily traversed with boats. His monkey perk is only useable in SW since he doesn't have access to prime apes in other dlcs unless he world hops.

Some suggestions I would love for him to have is:

-Able to befriend Splumonkies 
-removed speed penalty on boats

-Starts with monkey hut precrafted (so he can use his ability in all dlc's)

-Creating poop when overfeeding yourself instead of periodically 

-Spider monkeys are neutral to him (also maybe webber aswell?)
