While we're fixing things, can the Water Beefalo get fixed?

To put it simply, Water Beefalo are unkitable, as they inflict damage the second their attack starts, instead of at the end of it. This has been a long-time thing that makes them very annoying to kill. Can we change it so the damage registers at the end of the attack? (I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.)
