"out of tag bits". So there are to possible solutions: Reduce the amount of content-adding mods. Or try and install this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2230218796&searchtext=tags mod, which claims to resolve this very issue. No guarantee though.
