Attempt at crop and vegetarian dishes rebalance + suggestions for new veg dishes.

I think its unfortunate that some crops are overshadowed by others and how some dont have a special dish at all. They all roughly require the same effort to grow theres no reason why there should be as big of a disparity between them as there is now in terms of usefulness and stat values when eaten on their own or through dishes.

This is also an attempt to make vegetarian options as versatile and fun as meat options. This wouldnt benefit just Wurt but anyone who enjoys farming, cooking and having alternatives. 

Crops: (these are suggestions for the cooked versions, raw versions would have to be adjusted accordingly where appropriate)

  • Toma-root: 9 hunger, 0 sanity, 20 hp. 
  • Potato: 20 hunger, 5 sanity, 5 hp. 
  • Eggplant: 18.7 hunger, 0 sanity, 20 hp.
  • Pomegranate: 3 hunger, 10 sanity, 10 hp.
    • reminder: this spoils in 3 days. Current 20 hp on poms is unnecessary since that is already covered by other crops. This stat distribution gives it a unique niche.
  • Watermelon: 9 hunger, 15 sanity, 0 hp.
    • also spoils in 3 days. Currently gives 7 sanity. 15 sanity would make it a quick spoiling alternative to cacti/mushrooms that can be farmed: a unique niche. 
  • Durian: 37.5 hunger, -8 sanity, -5 hp.
  • Fig: increase fruit value from 0.5 to 1.
    • When cooked it gives 18 hunger, it should count as a whole fruit. 
    • easy fruit medleys seem like an appropriate reward for anyone who goes through the trouble of growing fig trees or makes frequent trips to waterlogged.

Tweaks to old ones:

  • Stuffed eggplant: 1 eggplant, 2.5 veg:
    • 75 hunger, 5 sanity, 20 hp. 
  • Asparagus soup: 37 hunger, 5 sanity, 20 hp. 
  • Melonsicle: 12.5 hunger, 33 sanity, 3 hp. 
  • Fruit medley: 20 hunger, 20 sanity, 20 hp.
    • reminder: spoils in 6 days.
    • increase priority so 2 whole fruit and 2 berries will always make Medley instead of 50% chance for Jam. (Unless 2 nanas r used which make shake ofc)
  • Pumpkin cookies: 25 hunger, 33 sanity, 0 hp.
  • Banana shake: 25 hunger, 20 sanity, 8 hp. 
    • filler: no inedible, no meat. 7 day spoilage instead of 15. 
  • Banana daiquiri: 1 banana, 1 ice, 1 honey. 
    • filler: no inedible, no meat. 7 day spoilage instead of 15.
      • (Banana pop spoils in 3 days for comparison)
        • with these changes banana bushes would feel less broken the way they currently are i think. 
        • nana pop would be the best for sanity at 33 but with fast spoilage, Daiquiri gives 30 hp, 15 sanity but requires ice and honey, Shake gives the most hunger and decent sanity without needing ice.

    • 62.5 hunger, 5 sanity, 10 hp.
  • Cream of Mushroom soup: 2 mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 electric milk/milky whites:
    • 33 hunger, 50 sanity, 50 hp. 
  • Carrot Cake: 1 carrot, 1 honey, 1 egg:
    • 18.75 hunger, 15 sanity, 8 hp. 
    • filler: no meat
  • Stuffed Festive Pumpkins: 2 pumpkins, 1 berry, 1 roasted birchnut:
    • 150 hunger, 10 sanity, 15 hp. 
    • 40 seconds cooking time.
  • Grilled Buttery Corn on the Cob: 2 raw corn, 1 butter:
    • 75 hunger, 33 sanity, 60 hp.
    • filler: no meat, no inedible. 
  • Smoked Eggplant Salad: 1 eggplant, 1 pomegranate, 1 roasted birchnut: 
    • 75 hunger, 20 sanity, 40 hp.
    • 60 seconds cooking time.
    • filler: no meat, no inedible. 
  • Pomegranate Juice: 2 pomegranate, 2 ice. 
    • 0 hunger, 33 sanity, 33 hp. 
  • Durian Curry: 1 raw durian, 1 pepper
