Option to Disable Snowfall in Winter?

Every since we got the options to disable various things in game (and increase them) I've always thought a way to turn off snow during winter would be great. I learned that you can do so by just turning off rain in the world but it gets kind of annoying to do that every time spring rolls around after Winter ends.

Unsure if it's as easy as the change made to elemental hounds where you can toggle Ice and Fire hounds independently from one another but something like this would be very welcome in all honesty, especially for building during Winter where otherwise the ground would be a blanket of white and I wouldn't know where I'm placing something.
