Once you apply growth formula, do you have to wait for it to wear out, or can you re-apply while in full bloom to continue the speed boost infinitely? You can re-apply to get continuous stage 3 bloom indefinitely. The bloom effect has a flat amount of time it lasts once it has activated (stage 3) which I I think it's 3ish days. So early game it's smart to use the minimum (spoiled fish) to begin blooming, as you'll get the flat amount no matter what you started with to bloom. Once you're back to stage 2, go apply the minimum again and you'll once again enjoy the flat amount of 3ish days again. Tldr Yes you can keep it indefinitely. You can also bounce between tiers 2 and 3 for cheap.
