Milordo Posted July 4, 2022 Share Posted July 4, 2022 After the update, one of my friend decide to re-open his old world and when i was loggin, it happened......the server cancelled my pg and remade a new one out of nowhere. All my days removed, all my items removed, all my progress removed, everything removed as I was a new player. It already happened 2 times in a row and it's really getting on my nerves and I already tried to unistall/ verify my files, ecc...... Can someone know how to fix this awful problem? I was anxious and frustated that day, after I receveid this terrible bug. I meant to say the server, not the game sorry. When my friend server's launched, I joined and founded all my character and progress deleted. Just like that, I was in the character select screen. The server reset everything, as I was a new player or I was using another account. I opened now a ticket and made the post on the bug tracker and met some people who had the same unfortunate event: Sorry for the late response, I noticed now the reply! MondayNight Posted July 11, 2022 Share Posted July 11, 2022 Were you/your character on the Cave shard? Usually this happens on dedicated servers, and upon restarting the shard server, said problem gets fixed. You can also try rolling back. It's a known issue - when one's progress upon re-logging gets completely erased - in community servers, introduced some couple updates ago (I believe in late-autumn, 2021), yet remained unfixed (probably because it has low prevalence).
