The new map zoom-in is atrocious, please revert back to the old one.

I don't get why it has to be changed. It was perfect the way it zoomed before. Now it's slow and clunky.

There is a setting in the advanced options to increase zooming sensitivity from my observations people who have mice that click with a scroll wheel find 30 or higher to be an appropriate sensitivity level. If you are experiencing issues with how the map zooms please try disabling client mods related to the minimap.

second this, the map is horrible now, without any mods installed. whenever I open the map it's usually zoomed all the way out and even when i've turned the speed up to 60, its slow and feels laggy/sticky. this is wasting so much time, especially in dangerous scenarios. please fix the map, klei, it worked perfectly fine before!

Could you run the following command into the console and try to find a number you find suitable and report back what the number is? Profile:SetMiniMapZoomSensitivity(100)

I exactly have the same issue. Whenever I do any unzooming the next time I open the map it's entirely zoomed out. Please, there has to be an option to revert to the old map settings.

Please disable client mods that touch the map in any way such as a minimap or map markers and try it again.

Setting it to 100 is pretty useful. I can zoom in and out of the map with a single scroll rather than having to scroll multiple times. It works the same at 80 too from what I can tell (as in, at 80, I can take a single scroll as well).
