Suit docks and "Paste Settings"

Good day,

I was just loading up some atmo suits and noticing that it's a bit tedious...I tried the copy/paste settings function from a dock that already had a suit, it didn't dispatch a request for the suit or change anything (other than the expected settings, priority, etc.).

Is there a quicker way to load up suits in their respective docks?

If there isn't, what sort of complexity would be involved in "pasting" the request for a suit (from a dock that already has a suit, for example)?
