Allow us to rotate Sun Lamps.

I'd love the freedom to rotate any building, but rotating the sun lamp in particular would be incredibly useful.  The location of the tile from which it generates its light and the location of the beach chair's tile of interest means the sun lamp can only provide the Sun Kissed morale buff to a single beach chair to its left and another to its right.  If we could rotate the lamp, this bonus would extend to a second beach chair to the lamp's right, which is 50% more coverage.
