Wagstaff and WX-78 interactions?

I was thinking about if Wagstaff should have some sort of special interactions and dialogues with WX-78 during the moon storm. Like, being shocked he sees them there, and leaving a little moon/fuse box slots upgrade behind afterwards, as a nice little gift for his creation. I don't think he should just not care about his abandoned experiment being in the Constant.

He may even know that they are there, and that's why he doesn't react, but if WX-78 was a cancelled experiment, then I don't think that Wagstaff would care to check his location. That's why I think he doesn't know.

A fuse box upgrade/moon circuit from him would be fitting too, as he is researching the moon powers and he created WX.
