Help!!!EResult 24 when uploading my mod.

I am new to moding and try to change some damage inst in an existing mod.

Want to upload it and use for my self,

but the problem comes

Error 24 from Steamworks is "Insufficient privilege."  Are you using a full Steam account, or one that was banned from DMCA takedown notices in the past?

Am using friend's account since he doesn't play DST now.

and it's banned from the steam community==!

Ah, unfortunate.  You'll need a Steam account in good standing to upload items to the workshop.  As per Valve's User Generated Content's Terms of Service.

my error says EResult: Error Creating item.

That's just what the uploader tool states that there was an error uploading, the EResult value is what Steamworks' ISteamUGC API has it specified as for a clarification to the general error message.
