Except it needs an unreasonable high amount of radiation for the symptoms to happen. Starts with slowness once a dupe reaches 100 rads. Then vomitting around 500 and they might die at 1000 or something i don`t know the actual number. The thing is that a dupe removes 60 rads per cycle passively and running though a working nuclear reactor exposes them to merely 20-30 rads. thjey`d have to spend entire cycles in contaminated zones to get sick, which is a common complaint atm.
