Summ4r Posted October 3, 2021 Share Posted October 3, 2021 I hope those skins that I get from twitch drop become destroyable, I don't mind if they left nothing, not even those things that you use to weave skin items, I just don't like things that I considered ugly being in my account. pls Klei, I don't understand why you have to force them staying in my inventory permanently. Then you won’t come to these forums complaining about unraveling something you will have a very hard time getting back? These are free items, why would you complain about something free? How would something you consider "ugly" affect your account in any way... Hmm, maybe someone just wants some extra spools? Hmm, maybe someone just wants some extra spools? i used to not watch twich to get things i considered ugly at first sight, but later while playing, i found some skins may look ugly just with the picture, but they can look really nice in-game, so i started to get all the skins, just in case i judged wrong. Then I find out all twitch drop can't be unraveled, which frustrated me. Things like festive saddles, which will be given to me if I log in during certain time, is hard to avoid. This I can accept, but still hate it. And twitch drop, idk, maybe I'm just annoyed that I spend six hours watching someone else play the game, and I can't even destroy it if I happened to dislike it. I JUST want it gone. That's all. If someday this become possible, great. Before that, and since it's not a very big problem, I'm totally fine with it. been wanting to get rid of those ugly skins since 2015, doesn't matter if I need to wait maybe another six year. Alright on a more serious note I am actually kind of like this too (am obsessive over keeping things clean/tidy around the world so I will be picking up trash on the floor). However the skin bit... isn't really an issue? At least to me? Sure, I find some of them pretty mediocre, but... they aren't forced upon you to use or anything. Items on the floor are something I am going to see all the time so I will be on that 24/7. The only time you're ever going to see an "ugly" skin is when you craft an item and going into your belongings. If it is something that bothers you that much that's not really fair to blame the game on since this is the first time I've seen this brought up. Loyal skins are loyal because of the way of obtaining them (not just weaving them). If you want to avoid this in the future then I'd suggest being more picky on what skins you get. I know skins look different based on an image/in the actual game, but maybe imagining the item in the game would help? The skins are loyal because they are limited items. Quick edit but the other purpose of these items is to say, "yeah I was here when this event/beta was around and I got the skin from it!" It's basically a trophy, so if you find it ugly, maybe twist it into something that you don't feel annoyed by looking at. Right now there is no alternative, and just making a suggestion doesn't mean it'll happen. This is a really specific thing that affects few people, and I was suggesting alternatives you could do right now other than making a "remove this minor inconvenience I have" post when there are more important things that need to be addressed.
