So I recently got back into playing dst because I was able to convince a couple of my friends to join me and I wanted to play wortox with them. I’m aware you can’t outright buy characters so I went to purchase bolts to unlock skins and that roundabout way of getting a character and bought the $10.99 bolt package (Ended up buying two to make sure it wasn’t a one time issue - it wasn’t). My bank shows that I was charged for it and the game told me to restart my game back on the 26th. I restarted it a few times and even gave it a few days to figure out also sending in a couple bug reports to see if that would speed it up but I still haven’t gotten anything! Anyone know what I can or should do about this? Are you saying you didn't get either pack? All the same, you should contact support at https://support.klei.com and provide us with your account information. We don't have the ability to issue refunds at all - but it would be good for us to take down your information to see what we can sort out. Skins don't work across multiple accounts even if they are on the same system. A character only costs like 5.99 dollars while unravelling cost over four-thousand spools, meaning you'd spend way more money than they're worth. Looks for chests that have the character you want and look for the words "essential"". The character should look normal as is their "natural look". Theyre are even bundles containing more than one character I think. Sorry I cant help more I own a ps4.
