brainiac95
Why are the game save files saved in the game folder, and not in the win/documents/klei folder? The saves were always saved in the win/documents/klei folder. Because of this, the saves on the two computers are not synchronized. Orzelek
Mine seem to reside in the documents folder properly. Maybe some option you changed by accident? brainiac95
I think I found a solution to the problem: I turned off windows defender, and the game started saving to the win/documents/klei folder again Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/132200-save-file-directory/#findComment-1482491 Share on other sites
Developer EricKlei Posted July 28, 2021 Developer Share Posted July 28, 2021 I believe it's just controlled folder access settings that need to be adjusted. Let me know if that's the case, thanks!
