Since the Targeting Beacon has been introduced into the game and has a logic port to be disabled, why is it still allowed to target an asteroid that doesn't have a targeting beacon?

Suggestion: So my suggestion is to put a checkbox in the Interplanetary Launcher that disables launching to the asteroid if it doesn't have Targeting Beacon or is disabled.

Conclusion: That way at least the Targeting Beacon will have a practical use in the game.

Seems like disabling it for when you got more than one on a planetoid for some reason so you can control near which one the cargo lands. Not terribly useful.

While i like the idea i`d prefer to have a dedicated communication building allowing for automation signal transfer between planetoids rather than just disabling the payload launcher.
