Griftlands still marked as "Not Owned"

I'm following the steps to transfer Griftlands onto Steam:

I've booted up the game this morning on Epic Games Store, but it's marked as "Not Owned" on the Klei site. Does it usually take a while? 

To add to this: I did buy the game during Alpha. I just haven't played it until today.

Hey there, 

As noted in Step 2, you need to make sure you have launched the game on Epic at least once for our servers to be able to see that you own the game. 

Try that and if you're still having issue, contact support at https://support.klei.com

Hi!

Thanks for the reply!!

I've played around 2 hours of the game, but nothing changed.

I've also contacted Klei support last Friday but have yet to receive a reply...
