Can we duplicate altars and orb now?

i was looking for new boss and i noticed when boss dies it gives celestial orb and all the altars orb its a fair trade you use orb while spawnig it but then this happened

 

wh what there is one orb in boss and there is one in meteor

the meteors spawned another celestial orb 

maybe its because i spawned a orb to make boss spawn 

 

and duplicating altars

when boss dies it gives all the altars and if we kill this boss over and over and over again there wont be enough fissures to put those in we should be able to craft fissures or dig em 

 

and also what exactly does crown do it makes you bright (sometimes not for some reason)

and makes your sanity go up

because if you do the boss the way you're supposed to, it'll consume the Orb in the process, and you are merely getting it back

fissuers do not get destroyed in the procces

altars do duplicate so

they dont really duplicate, you just spawned them in, altars are required to summon the boss in first place, you are just getting them back after assembling
