Perhaps you can put an icon next to their name or create a drop down menu where you could choose the asteroid and then assign the schedule. Wish to add: Since my available showers and toilets are on a "per asteroid" basis, it would be very convenient to be able to see who is scheduled to what shift on a per asteroid basis.
