Or is this recipe part of some other building I missed? I haven't built the advanced materials forges yet. But ocasionally it just makes sense to simply put the functionality in an exiting building. There are very limited quantities of it on a given map set. I would love this building. Plus it would give me a reason to use rust since I might actually want the chlorine around.
