We already have Oxyferns. probably because lots of people are scared of dealing with stuff and they want "easy game" in many different ways... you can see it on feedback forums pretty often, that people are asking to change/add stuff, that makes no sense if you already played few hundreds of hours... even if it makes no sense with "realism", as OP says...
