ShakerGER Posted December 3, 2020 Share Posted December 3, 2020 Today I tried myself at joining random klei servers. Some started in spring some in winter and so on. But one problem I constantly faced was that I couldn't get flint... The only way I found on one of the servers is to hope to find an open sinkhole and pray for an earthquake to make a pick and venture forth... I am clearly missing something! Ohan Posted December 3, 2020 Share Posted December 3, 2020 Yeah thats what always inevitably happens on older servers. There really is no secret trick to getting flint unfortunately . Birds have a chance to drop a flint around portal instead of a seed. thats pretty much what you have to hope for. When i join older servers i almost always pick Willow so i have light covered (sometimes twigs can be scarce too..) then i look for the nearest sinkhole like you said.
