skillpoint gain should be faster

my current colony is 75 cycles in. I picked the swamp start and I dont think I rushed it.

I have 12 dupes, two of them on the teleport accessible asteroid. I have a CO2 rocket ready to go, but: my researcher - that has been with me since cycle 1 - has only 6 skillpoints. He started with +8 or +9 science, currently at +18 because I took every +science skill.

to get to the point: by the time I have a rocket ready to go, the pilot not being ready should not be the thing that holds me back from launching.

therefore, please accelerate skillpoint gain

I was just made aware that the new midgame rockets do not require the rocket piloting skill :)
