Hi.
I am wanting to put a scorpion in the world and I tried to use what is used in the forge. Only it is inactive looking like a cone. How do I get him active as if I'm playing the event?

look at the script, or is there none? read and understand the script and what function is making him active.
You can also take a look at the forge mod in workshop, if/how they made him do sth.

Look at the code in the Reforged mod and take that bad boy out! (you'll probably have to cut alot of statements out and tweak some variables that won't have anything assigned to them)
