Productive Workplace Promote Def Incorrect Assertion

The function CreateProductionWorkplace incorrectly asserts that boss_def and worker_def are strings that are valid character defs. The field promote_def can be a table, but if I input a table for boss_def and worker_def it will throw an error, because they are not strings.
