These random manifestations of the bog are a staple of Rook's campaign, yet they do not exist in his Brawl outside of the Bog Monster fight at the very end. You're supposed to level up Rook's combat parasite to completion, at which point it allows you to eat Grout Burrs and gain max HP (the thing Rook really needs) but, in the absence of Grout Burrs throughout the run, the combat parasite just turns into a boggin brick! ian16 Posted August 25, 2020 Share Posted August 25, 2020 Rook’s battle parasite card becomes a brick in Brawl indeed, which is why I just remove it right away. I actually would like it to be completely reworked, as imo it’s current effectiveness is very limited even with Grout Burrs since they show up randomly, and friendly Burr can’t be targeted.
