Minor unsatisfactory towards errands fetching algorithm

When after a herdsman catching a critter, it will not immediately carry the critter into stable. It seems that game will somehow need a few moment to add "Carry critter" errand in job list, while the herdsman will immediately try to get a new errand after finishing the earlier errand.

This also happen to some other errand, like supply for a manufacture errand, then the duplicant will try to do one more other job, then start manufacture job.
