Is there a way to mute someone permanently?

So recently ive been playing some dst and well as the title suggests some people chatting with eachother were innapropriate and i know i can mute them, but

that only works ONCE. When you encounter them again in another server or after reconnecting they will be unmuted is there a way to always mute them when you play with them? or a client mod? thanks.

Because i cant remember their usernames if there are a lot of people i need to mute.
