He will stay in that form for like a day and a half for a cost of only 3 monster meat. Isn't that already a lot? Plus, your Woby with full stomach gives you the same 8 points of speed as a Rider beefalo and you don't even need to go through a long period of taming him! I don't see any point of buffing Woby any further.
