Regulable electronic equipment via speed sliders

Almost every electronic equipment in the game performs at max speed or stops. There is room for improvement in some cases without making to many changes. Petroleum generators, for example, consume 2kg of ethanol or petroleum every second to give 2000w. But, if the option existed, we could be able to put it at half, quarter or three quarters speed, consuming less and giving less power in proportion until we need that extra power or have additional resourses to spend. Oxygen producers can benefit from the same logic, recycling equipment too. This can open the possibility for different mechanics between the same equipment. For example. The manual generator could be configured to work at different outputs. At max performance it may need a 3+ athetic dupe. At medium, a normal one, an at low, a -1 or less athetic dupe or even a pip, if you do the animation an allow a manual generator to enter a pip stable. Recipe makers could, for example, make half the product with half the ingredients in 25 percent less time, for example. This may help small bases to get the good things of big bases adapted to their level.
