No one can teach you through a forum, but you can teach yourself using the many resources available to you. I wrote this newcomer post some time ago. Use the power of the modding forum's search feature to find threads about music mods. Usually, people will have posted their code or linked to their mod. In order to understand anything of what they're talking about, though, you need to know Lua, and you need to know how a mod is fundamentally structured. The newcomer post should help you there. It's a lot of things, but you will need to know about them to succeed. So, take the Lua Crash Course linked there, mess around with the example mods and look at the file structure and open the lua files in a text editor such as Notepad++ or Sublime. Study, search, study, create. You can do it! :D
