You need first to download the mod you want, you can find a lot of mods on github. If it's not there, or you can't find it, there's also a way to download mods directly from Steam, via this link for example http://steamworkshop.download/ Place the mods in the folder: Documents/Klei/OxygenNotIncluded/mods/local/ If the folder doesn't exist, create it.
