I want to be optomistic and bring the thread back but throw some ideas that are not controversial. In Chinese mythology, the moon is full of rabbits. The series Hoozuki no reitsu has oriental heaven full of rabbits. It might be interesting to have a beneficial island with healing mechanics but out of reach. There could be a protector of the island that's similar to the abominable snowman who can be a boss if the players wanted to fight but the healing properties of the island could become twisted and dangerous once the boss is defeated.
